Your Right to Privacy

We respect your privacy and allow you to request account deletion at any time. When you delete your account, all personal data, booking history, and payment information will be permanently erased, except where retention is required by law.

How to Request Data Deletion?

In-App Request:

Open the UCLICK VSERVE SERVICES app.

Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the instructions.

Email Request:

Send an email to support@uclickvserve.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Include your registered phone number or email ID for verification.

Processing Time:

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

You will receive confirmation once your data is deleted.

Important Notes:

Ongoing bookings must be completed before requesting account deletion.

Some data may be retained for legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes.

If you change your mind, account deletion cannot be reversed.
